Write On! recounts the first fifty years of our Society when it became an independent society in 1970 having been a branch of the Society of Women Writers Australia established in 1925.

Written by five of our members, it’s a story of women who came together, adapted to new ideas, had plenty of challenges but also triumphs. The book charts the highs and lows of a society that is thriving over fifty years on.

With colour photos of members and meetings, this account is eminently readable with plenty of useful tables and an index.
